What is your return policy?

No refunds will be issued, only store credit. We offer store credit provided that:

You contact us within 7 days of delivery by email, Facebook or Instagram. If the item was purchased in-person, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase.
The item is returned unworn and undamaged.
All sale items are final sale - no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions

If I am local, can I pick up an order, or see items in-person before purchasing?

Of course! We often hold open shopping sessions where you can browse through all of our in-stock inventory. Also, if you are local to Wantagh, NY, we offer free pickup to avoid those pesky shipping fees! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates on open shopping events.

How long will it take to receive my store credit?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Do you offer free return shipping?

For orders shipped from within the US, you will be responsible for the return label, or one will be provided and a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit for the use of this label. International return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
